Nate Phillips
Nate is a pastor, author, and builder of ideas. Rooted in a small-church parish in rural Maine, he carried that hands-on approach into leading one of the most well-resourced congregations in the Midwest.
He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Red Clay Creek Presbyterian in Wilmington, Delaware, and is the author of Do Something Else: The Road Ahead for the Mainline Church. At Princeton Theological Seminary, Nate designed and directs the Damascus Road program and facilitates coursework in spiritual entrepreneurship.

John Molina-Moore
John is the General Presbyter of National Capital Presbytery, where he leads one of the largest and most diverse presbyteries in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
John has helped to establish church plants, cooperative parishes, and revitalization initiatives across a wide range of ministry contexts. Originally from the West Coast, he has served churches of every size and is recognized as an innovator, communicator, and frequent speaker at conferences and congregations nationwide.

Christine Fischer
Christine specializes in Design Thinking and is a LUMA certified facilitator. She is a graduate of Yale University and on the faculty at the University of Delaware. She was previously a divisional head of design at Vanguard and has a lifetime of experience in branding. Christine is also an ordained ruling elder in the PC(USA) and holds a certificate in practical theology from Princeton Seminary.

Edwin Estevez
Edwin is a pastor, consultant, and social innovator who helps churches move from vision to vitality. He currently serves as Senior Pastor of Kirk in the Hills in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where he leads a historic congregation with a renewed focus on community partnership and innovation.
Previously, Edwin served as a church planter and Senior Pastor in downtown Wilmington, Delaware, where he helped launch a girl’s middle school, community garden, kitchen incubator, and neighborhood café - initiatives that brought faith and local enterprise together.

Rachele Gilmore
Rachele is a faith-based fundraising professional trained through the Lake Institute on Faith & Giving. She blends theological depth with a keen sense of beauty and detail, guiding the creative process from first draft to final print. With a background in performance and production, Rachele brings an artist’s eye to storytelling and presentation - ensuring that each campaign communicates generosity with warmth and grace.

Merideth Hite-Estevez
Dr. Merideth Hite Estevez is an oboist, author, and creative coach who helps individuals and teams explore identity, awareness, and connection through the lens of the Enneagram. A gifted facilitator and nationally recognized artist, she has led retreats and workshops for organizations such as Google, the Wild Goose Festival, and the Longy School of Music.
Merideth is also the creator and host of the award-winning Artists for Joy podcast and author of The Artist’s Joy: A Guide to Getting Unstuck.
